How to subscribe, change plans, and manage billing for your CrewSnap account.
Who Can Manage Subscriptions
Only the company Owner can manage subscriptions. If you are not the owner, the subscription page will show you who the owner is so you can contact them.
To access subscription management, go to Manage Subscription from the main navigation.
Plans
View available plans on our home page
Monthly and Annual Billing
Each plan is available with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans include a discount equivalent to two free months.
Free Trial
The Timber monthly plan includes a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
Subscribing to a Plan
- Go to Manage Subscription.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Select a plan tier.
- You will be directed to a secure checkout page to enter payment details.
Viewing Your Current Plan
The Manage Subscription page shows:
- Your current plan name
- Subscription status (Active, Expired, or No Plan)
- Current usage vs. plan limits for projects, users, trades, and resources
Usage indicators are color-coded: green when well within limits, yellow when approaching limits, and red when near or at the limit.
Changing or Canceling Your Plan
Click Manage Billing to open the billing portal where you can:
- Change your plan or billing cycle
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
If Your Subscription Expires
When a subscription expires or is canceled, access to your data is preserved but certain features may be restricted until you resubscribe.
